OUR IN-HOUSE BARTENDER

Antonio Barroeta is a mixologist with over 30 years of experience, certified by the Mexican Academy of Mixology, Master in Cocktail Creation, and specialist in Mexican-origin spirits. Currently, he runs an academy for bartenders, and he have trained more than 1,500 students across the Mexican Republic.
